I have been taking my feline friends to Virgin Valley Veterinary Hospital for probably eight years. There are plenty of vets in Southern Utah where we live, but I would rather take them to Dr. Brown. So far Milkshake has lost five and a half pounds since Dr. Brown prescribed special food for him. He's still 23 pounds, but he's moving around so much more easily and seems happier! They recently helped Peeka survive pancreatitis and triaditis that required hospitalization, medication, and a feeding tube. Dr. Brown saved Russell's life when he turned yellow and stopped eating a couple years ago. We know we have limited time with him because through their diagnostics, Dr. Brown found a significant mass on his liver. We were treating Baby for a deadly disease until Dr. Brown discovered squamous cell carcinoma in her mouth. She helped us determine the appropriate path forward. I appreciate the care and support I felt from Dr. Brown over the years when no more could be done and quality of life indicated euthanasia for Paco, Panther, and Serena. Regardless of the news, the doctors, vet techs, and front desk staff at Virgin Valley Veterinary Hospital have always been compassionate and thorough, sharing articles about diagnoses and treatment, imaging results, and blood panels over email. Lastly, my review would not be complete without acknowledging Deena's contribution to my overall customer experience. She is organized, professional, and courteous.
